The Facilitator
Sandra Lindholm is an Emotional Performance and Sustainable Success coach working with female leaders and founders across the Nordics.
She is trained in professional coaching according to ICF standards and a licensed HeartHealing™ practitioner, grounding her work in a deep understanding of relational and emotional patterning.
With a background in healthcare and over a decade in leadership development, her work focuses on what happens beneath strategy — the emotional patterns, internal pressure and invisible responsibility that shape how women lead.
Her approach is grounded, psychologically informed and intentionally paced.
This evening is guided — not performed.

Her Beyond is not a traditional seminar.
It is a deliberately composed evening where leadership development, architectural space and curated dining come together as one experience.
The evening begins upstairs at Lydmans Concept — an opportunity to arrive, connect and settle into the atmosphere.
We then move into a more intimate setting for the keynote on Female Leadership, Emotional Performance and Sustainable Success, followed by guided reflection and structured conversation.
Throughout the evening, small dishes curated by Scola, led by chef Samuel Mikander, are served as part of the natural rhythm of the gathering.
The experience concludes with space for conversation before returning to your life — with clarity, not noise.
